Our extra-vergine olive oil is produced where
oil is Culture. It is extracted exclusively from the olives
of Acquaviva, which are picked within November in order to
obtain a fresh, aromatic product with a limited acidity.
The
cold pressing of olives and all precautions guarantee high
alimentary and organoleptic qualities.
The
oil is slightly piquant with a taste of leaf like any other
young oil of our area.
As
time goes by, it maintains its typical sweet and fruity taste
with a slight almond hint.
